Revert "update to latest upstream version"

This reverts commit cf5cd270160a272dae0741412100f9aad04d32ef.

On my rb493g with ath5k NIC, hostapd-2.2 failed to initialise the
interface. Downgrading to hostapd-2.0 alone fixed that problem.
