#5 fexecve() not available

Hello,

Currently fexecve() is not available in uclibc-ng, this leads to some software no longer being able to be built with uclibc-ng. Lxc 3.2.X is such an example (buildroot recently switched to this version, and updated the dependencies to not use uclibc-ng as a consequence of this issue).
