I'm reasonably confident that the change in kernel-build.mk is correct; the other ones were found by searching for ADK_TARGET_KERNEL_USE_CUSTOMCONFIG; I suspect these code blocks need to be duplicated for ADK_TARGET_WALDUX_KERNEL_USE_CUSTOMCONFIG?

I was hoping you could take over from there. Actually I wasn't expecting you to merge this as is, but rather just look if it's correct or if anything is missing. I wouldn't know how to test any of the Waldux-related changes, as I hardly know what it is.
